Universal soldering tip cleaner CLMU
The universal soldering tip cleaner CLMU from JBC ensures fast and reliable cleaning of soldering tips and thus supports consistently high soldering quality in electronics production. The automatic brush cleaning removes oxidation, flux residues and solder residues in less than a second, significantly improving the heat transfer of the soldering tip.
The system operates either in sensor mode or in continuous mode and is suitable for both manual workstations and for use in demanding production environments. Thanks to its ESD-safe design, quiet operation and easy maintenance, the CLMU ensures a clean, efficient and process-safe soldering environment. The replaceable brushes and integrated residue collection tray also make daily use in professional electronics production easier.
